BISQO // Brand & Partnerships Manager

  • Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Full-Time
  • On-Site

Job Description:

BISQO turned a spoonful of tiramisu into a queue. It launched at Global Village Dubai in October 2025 and within three weeks was one of the most photographed food stops on site - no paid media, no gimmicks, just a product people couldn't stop talking about and a community that refused to let it disappear when the season ended (which is why the Ramadan delivery box still moves 25–50 orders a day, on its own momentum).

Ten months in: 10,500+ Instagram followers, all organic; a franchise agreement signed in New York; a unit opening at Yas Mall Abu Dhabi; and Egypt landing by autumn. BISQO isn't managing a trend. It's building a brand people actively go looking for - and it's just getting started.

The Role

Most of what BISQO has achieved so far happened without anyone chasing it - a queue that built itself, a delivery box customers demanded, a franchise deal closed before the brand turned six months old. What hasn't existed yet is someone whose full-time job is to go looking for what's next.

That's this role. You'll decide which restaurants, brands, malls, festivals, venues and genuinely unexpected names BISQO should be talking to - then make those conversations happen. You'll also be the person dreaming up the collaboration, pop-up, drop or campaign that gives the brand its next reason to be talked about. Half dealmaker, half creative director, fully responsible for keeping BISQO interesting.

Success looks like fewer inbound DMs asking when are you opening near me and more headlines you engineered on purpose.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run a live pipeline of collaboration opportunities - F&B concepts, hospitality groups, and brands well outside food (fashion, fitness, beauty, automotive, entertainment) - and decide which are worth BISQO's time.
  • Approach brands and decision-makers directly; pitch, negotiate and close partnerships from first conversation to signed agreement.
  • Originate the creative concept behind every collaboration - limited editions, brand crossovers, pop-ups, product drops - rather than executing someone else's brief.
  • Plan and deliver activations tied to cultural moments, festivals and major UAE events, working directly with venues, malls, hotels and destinations to secure the right stage.
  • Own execution end to end: brief and coordinate internal teams, partners, suppliers and vendors from concept through launch.
  • Track what each partnership or activation actually delivered - reach, sales, community growth, brand equity - and use that to decide what BISQO does next.
  • Represent BISQO in rooms with brand, agency and venue decision-makers, building a network the business can call on repeatedly, not just once.
  • Bring in creator and influencer opportunities where they add genuine cultural weight - not as a default channel.
  • Feed BISQO's expansion strategy by flagging venues, malls and destinations worth pursuing as the brand grows across the UAE and internationally.

Who We're Looking For

Required

  • A track record of creating and closing at least one real partnership, collaboration or activation - not administering one someone else set up.
  • Comfort approaching brands and decision-makers cold, and confidence carrying a negotiation from pitch to signature.
  • Genuine, current fluency in Dubai/UAE's F&B, hospitality and lifestyle scene - who's doing what, and why it's working.
  • Sharp creative judgment: an instinct for what will actually earn attention, not just what's trending.
  • The ability to see an idea through to execution - briefs, budgets, timelines, vendors - not only to the pitch stage.
  • Based in the UAE, or able to relocate, with the right to work here.

Advantageous

  • An existing network across F&B, hospitality, fashion, beauty, fitness or entertainment brands in the UAE.
  • Experience negotiating with malls, hotels, venues or event organisers on space or partnership terms.
  • A cultural radar that extends beyond hospitality into fashion, entertainment and pop culture.

What Success Looks Like

  • A steady pipeline of live collaborations at any given time - not one big idea followed by silence.
  • At least one partnership or activation that gets BISQO talked about somewhere it hasn't been before.
  • Relationships with brand and venue decision-makers who take BISQO's calls without an introduction.
  • A visible line between the ideas you pitched and the coverage, footfall or sales they generated.
  • New venues, formats and cities increasingly sourced through relationships you built - not inbound alone.

Why BISQO

Most marketing roles ask you to maintain a brand that already has its shape. This one asks you to help decide it. BISQO is ten months old, already has a New York franchise and an Abu Dhabi mall unit, and is about to open in Egypt - almost none of it driven by a paid campaign. Who BISQO partners with next, what it launches, which rooms it walks into - that story is largely unwritten. If you've ever looked at a brand and immediately started imagining what it could do next, this is that brand.
